The P84 dust filter bag is a filter bag specially designed for use in industrial dust removal equipment in high-temperature environments. It is made of polyimide fiber and has the following characteristics:
1. **High temperature resistance**: The P84 filter bag can be used at continuous operating temperatures up to 240°C and can withstand higher temperatures (up to 260°C or higher) for a short period of time without changes in mechanical properties.
2. **Flame retardancy**: Due to the characteristics of the polyimide material itself, the P84 filter bag has good flame retardancy.
3. **Non-hygroscopicity**: In an environment with a relative humidity of 65%, the water absorption rate of P84 fiber is about 3%, which indicates that it is not a very hygroscopic material.
4. **Unique fiber cross-section**: P84 fiber has a unique clover-shaped cross-section, which can increase the surface area of the fiber and thus improve the filtration efficiency.
5. **Excellent filtration performance**: Due to its high specific surface area, the P84 filter bag can capture particulate matter more effectively, so it is widely used in application scenarios requiring high-efficiency filtration.
P84 filter bags are commonly used in industrial dust removal systems, such as boilers, incinerators and other equipment that produces high-temperature flue gas. These filter bags can help remove dust and other pollutants from flue gas, reduce particulate matter emitted into the atmosphere, and meet environmental protection requirements. In addition, they may also be covered with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) film to further improve filtration efficiency and reduce dust adhesion.
