LS Screw Conveyor
Product introduction: LS screw conveyor is a successor to GX screw conveyor. This type of machine has high reliability, long service life, strong adaptability, and is easy to install and maintain. You can choose the appropriate model according to your production volume. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with JB/T7679-95 "Screw Conveyor" standard.
spiral blades of the LS screw conveyor push the material to be conveyed by the screw conveyor . The force that prevents the material from rotating with the screw conveyor blades is the weight of the material itself and the friction resistance of the screw conveyor casing to the material. The spiral blades welded on the rotating shaft of the screw conveyor have solid surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type and other types according to the different conveyed materials. The screw shaft of the screw conveyor has a thrust bearing at the end of the material movement direction HYPERLINK to give the screw an axial reaction force along with the material. When the machine is long, an intermediate hanging bearing should be added .
Applicable industries: Screw conveyors are widely used in various industries, such as building materials , chemical industry , electric power , metallurgy , coal , grain and other industries. They are suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powdery, granular and small block materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, grain, etc. The material temperature is less than 200. C. Screw conveyors are not suitable for conveying perishable, sticky and easy to agglomerate materials.
