Structural composition:

Working principle:
Dust-containing gas inlet: Dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet.
Filtration: When the gas passes through the filter cartridge, the dust is intercepted by the filter medium on the surface or inside the filter cartridge, and the clean gas is discharged from the inside or outside of the filter cartridge.
Cleaning: When a certain amount of dust accumulates on the surface of the filter cartridge, the cleaning system will start. Generally, there are the following cleaning methods:
Back-blowing cleaning: Blowing away the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge through reverse airflow .
Pulse jet cleaning: Use compressed air to perform short-term, strong pulse jets on the filter cartridge to remove dust from the surface of the filter cartridge.
Vibration
Cleaning: Use mechanical vibration to shake off the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge.
Dust collection: After cleaning, the fallen dust falls into the bottom ash hopper and is discharged regularly through the dust exhaust device.
