Working principle:
Dust-containing gas entry: Dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet.
Filtration: When the gas passes through the filter cartridge, the dust is intercepted by the filter medium on the surface or inside the filter cartridge, and the clean gas is discharged through the inside or outside of the filter cartridge.
Cleaning: When a certain amount of dust accumulates on the surface of the filter cartridge, the cleaning system will be activated. There are generally the following cleaning methods:
Back-blowing cleaning: Blow off the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge through reverse airflow.
Pulse jet cleaning: Use compressed air to perform a short and strong pulse jet on the filter cartridge to remove the dust from the surface of the filter
cartridge.
Vibration cleaning: mechanical vibration is used to shake off the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge.
Dust collection: after cleaning, the fallen dust will fall into the ash hopper at the bottom and be discharged regularly through the dust discharge device.
