Product introduction: The YJD-B Rotary Feeder is expertly engineered to be installed at the discharge port of unloaders that operate under negative pressure conditions. The innovative design ensures seamless integration as the upper part adeptly receives the material discharged by the unloader and utilizes a rotating impeller to efficiently convey the material. It acts as a vital sealing mechanism to prevent air infiltration into the discharge port during pneumatic conveyance, thereby guaranteeing the unloader's normal discharge. As an exceptional piece of unloading equipment, it significantly enhances cleaning and maintenance operations.
Product classification: Star-shaped unloaders are meticulously categorized into three robust types: standard type, pressure-resistant type, and high-temperature-resistant type.
Pressure-resistant type: Equipped with a sealed rotor, this type is versatile in suction-type, pressure-type airflow conveying systems, and negative pressure conveying devices. It ensures airtight integrity, preventing leakage of airflow pressure in the conveyance pipe, enabling safe transportation and collection of materials. Renowned as an air lock machine, it combines pressure resistance with standard operational features.
High temperature resistant type: Engineered to withstand the thermal variances at material conveyance and discharge points, this type addresses the thermal expansion that can affect the machine body, protecting the bearing and oil seal system against thermal wear.
