Cyclone dust collector

Working principle: The dust-laden airflow of a conventional cyclone dust collector enters the dust collector tangentially through the inlet pipe.

 After forming a spiral vortex between the inner wall of the dust collector shell and the outer wall of the exhaust pipe, the airflow rotates downward.

Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust particles reach the inner wall of the shell and fall into the ash hopper along the wall under the combined action of the downward swirling airflow and gravity.

The purified gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
