Structural composition:
The main components of the screw conveyor include drive device, screw shaft, spiral blade, conveying pipe, feed port and discharge port.
Drive device: responsible for providing power, usually composed of motor and reducer.
Screw shaft: driven by the drive device, and the spiral blade is installed on it.
Spiral blade: The spiral blade is welded on the screw shaft and pushes the material forward by rotation.
Conveying pipe: The material is transported inside the conveying pipe.

Working principle:
The material enters the conveying pipe through the feed port, and the spiral blade of the screw conveyor rotates under the drive of the drive device. The material is pushed forward by the spiral blade and finally discharged from the discharge port. According to the different forms of spiral blades, screw conveyors can be divided into shaftless screw conveyors, shafted screw conveyors and variable pitch screw conveyors.
