PPC air box pulse bag dust collector is mainly composed of four parts: box body, bag chamber, ash hopper, air inlet and outlet, and is equipped with pillars, staircases, railings, ash cleaning control mechanism and so on. The main body is divided into several independent chamber. Each chamber can be composed of 32, 64, 96 or 128 filter bags according to the requirements, and there is a cylinder-driven lifting valve on the air outlet pipe of each chamber. When the dust collector filters the dusty gas for the corresponding time (or the resistance reaches the preset value), the dust cleaning controller sends out a signal, the lifting valve of the first chamber starts to close, cutting off the filtering airflow; then the pulse valve of the chamber opens, and the high-pressure air is sprayed into the filter bag to clean the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. The lift valve reopens, so that the chamber to resume filtration work. The pulse blowing width and dust cleaning cycle of each chamber are automatically and continuously executed by the dust cleaning program controller to achieve good dust cleaning effect.PPC pulse bag filter is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, building materials, electric power, light industry, food, medicine, printing and many other industries.
