Product Description
The SGE Series Electrostatic Precipitator is an innovative device rooted in the sophisticated high-voltage electrostatic principle, crafted to exquisitely purify dusty gases with remarkable efficiency. By introducing a high-voltage direct current to the anode and cathode, a potent electrostatic field is created. This field ionizes the gas, generating a rich abundance of electrons and ions. As the dusty gas meanders into this electric field, dust particles seamlessly merge with these electrons and ions, bestowing a charge upon the particles. Propelled by the electric field force, these charged dust particles swiftly gravitate towards the oppositely charged electrode. In a comparison of its peers, the SGE Series stands out, expertly releasing the charge and facilitating the deposition of dust on the electrode's surface. Upon the accumulation of dust to a predetermined threshold, the vibrational device engages, elegantly guiding the dust into the ash hopper below. Subsequently, the meticulously purified gas, now stripped of its dust particles by this exceptional SGE Series high-voltage electrostatic precipitator, is gracefully released into the atmosphere.
