Product Introduction
GX400-CW weighing tubular screw conveyor is an efficient equipment integrating material conveying and precise weighing functions. It is designed for the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, building materials and environmental protection industries, and is suitable for continuous conveying and dynamic metering of granular and powdery materials. Its core advantage lies in the use of sealed tubular structure, combined with high-precision weighing sensors and intelligent control systems to ensure dust-free and leak-free conveying process, while achieving real-time data monitoring and automatic management, in line with Chinese manufacturing standards and industry specifications.
Structural features
Tubular spiral design: seamless steel tube shell (diameter 400mm) with high-strength spiral blades inside to ensure smooth material conveying and no residue. Supports horizontal or inclined installation (maximum inclination angle 20°) to adapt to complex working conditions.
Weighing module integration: built-in high-precision weighing sensor and steady flow feeding system, dynamic metering error ≤0.5%, supports remote data transmission to PLC or SCADA system, and realizes production process automation.
Sealed and dustproof: The shell is connected by flange, combined with silicone sealing strips, which effectively prevents dust from spilling, meets GMP and environmental protection requirements, and is especially suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries.
Modular assembly: The drive unit (equipped with a Y series motor or variable frequency motor), hanging bearings, and inlet and outlet ports all support quick disassembly and assembly for easy maintenance and cleaning.
