Electromagnetic pulse valve is an important pneumatic actuator, which is widely used in the soot-cleaning and blowing system of pulse bag filter and other equipments. The following is a detailed introduction to the electromagnetic pulse valve:
1. Product definition and role:
Electromagnetic pulse valve, also known as diaphragm valve, is a diaphragm valve that combines solenoid valve, pilot valve and pulse valve. It is directly controlled by the electrical signal, can open and close the high-pressure gas source in an instant, produce pulse, so that the filter bag is sprayed row by row to clear the dust, to ensure that the dust collector's handling capacity and dust collection efficiency.
2.The working principle:
The working principle of electromagnetic pulse valve is to use the electrical signal of the pulse into mechanical pulsation, so that the powerful energy of the pulsating gas is released in a short period of time to produce a huge impulse, in order to achieve the purpose of clearing dust. Specifically, when receiving the electric signal from the pulse blowing controller, the electromagnetic pilot head suctions the moving column and opens the unloading hole, the pressure gas in the back chamber of the diaphragm is rapidly discharged, and the pressure gas in the front chamber of the diaphragm lifts the diaphragm and opens the channel to achieve blowing. When the electric signal disappears, the spring of the electromagnetic pilot head resets the movable column and closes the unloading hole, and the pressure of the gas in the back chamber of the diaphragm and the force of the spring make the diaphragm close the channel and stop blowing.
3. The product type:
Electromagnetic pulse valve can be divided into the following types according to the angle of the valve inlet and outlet and the form of air inlet:
 right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve: the valve body inlet and outlet at right angles, directly controlled by the electrical signal diaphragm valve.
 straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve: the valve body inlet and outlet into 180 degrees, directly by the electrical signal control of the diaphragm valve.
 submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: valve body inlet submerged in the air bag.
4.The technical parameters:
Electromagnetic pulse valve technical parameters include working pressure, working medium, voltage, current, use of the environment, service life and so on. For example, the working pressure of right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve is generally 0.3-0.6MPa, the working medium is clean air, the voltage has two kinds of DC24V and AC220V, the current is about 800Ma/60m, the use of ambient temperature of -10-65 ºC, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 85%, and the service life of up to 1 million times or 3-5 years.
