The accessories of the three-leaf Roots blower include: universal base, belt cover, fan pulley, motor pulley, V-belt, safety valve, pressure gauge, inlet silencer, outlet silencer, anchor bolt, check valve, elastic joint, gear oil.
The three-leaf Roots blower consists of four major parts: casing, wall panel, impeller, inlet and outlet silencers.
1. Casing: mainly used to support the wall panel, impeller, silencer and fix.
2. Wall panel: mainly used to connect the casing and the impeller, support the rotation of the impeller, and play the role of end face sealing
3. Impeller: It is the rotating part of the Roots blower, divided into two leaves and three leaves. Now, due to the advantages of three leaves, such as smaller air pulsation, less noise, and smooth operation than two leaves, it has gradually replaced the two-leaf Roots blower.
4. Muffler: Used to reduce the noise generated by the air flow pulsation at the inlet and outlet of the Roots blower.
