Working principle:
Dust-containing gas entry: The dust-containing gas is first introduced into the bag filter.

Filtration: Finer dust particles will reach the surface of the filter bag with the flow of gas. Filter bags are usually made of textile filter cloth or non-textile felt, which can block fine dust particles and make them adhere to the outer surface of the filter bag, while clean gas is discharged through the inside of the filter bag.
Cleaning process: As the running time increases, a layer of dust will accumulate on the surface of the filter bag, which will affect the filtration efficiency. At this time, the filter bag needs to be cleaned by the cleaning system. The dust cleaning system usually uses compressed air for pulse spraying, which causes the filter bag to expand instantly, thereby shaking off the dust attached to its surface.
Dust treatment: The removed dust will fall into the ash hopper and be discharged through the ash discharge device. Sometimes further treatment is required to avoid secondary pollution.
